Key principles
These key principles offer you an overview of the key terms that apply to your use of Jitter:
- Terms : These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of Jitter (available at https://jitter.video) by all users (collectively referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user(s)”). These Terms are a binding contract between you and us. By registering on Jitter or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. However, entities or companies that have signed specific written agreements with us, which explicitly state that these Terms do not apply, are excluded from the application of these Terms. Their use of Jitter is governed solely by the terms of their specific contracts.
- Professional Use: Jitter is for professional use only. You must be at least 16 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this contract. If you represent an entity, you must have the authority to bind this entity to these Terms.
- Ownership and License: We (and our licensors) retain all rights to Jitter and its intellectual property. We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to access and use Jitter. The free version provides basic features, while the paid version offers other features.
- Your Content: You keep all rights to your content. The license you grant Jitter is necessary for us to operate Jitter. This allows us to back up, distribute, and manage your content efficiently. You control the sharing terms with others and are responsible for keeping your content backed up.
- Community Resources: applications and materials that are developed or otherwise provided by a party other than Jitter, including design files, services and products.
- Subscription Fees: Subscription fees may apply, with prices subject to change. Payments are processed through third parties, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are only available if you cancel within the refund period. Free accounts are not eligible for any refunds.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party services like Stripe, subject to their terms and privacy policies. You must provide accurate billing information.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include information about Jitter and your rights and obligations, as well as other important information.
